Set your business hours
Business hours do more than show on your storefront — once set, they control exactly when guests are allowed to place an order.

Open Settings in the sidebar and find the Hours section.

Toggle each day open or closed, and set an open and close time for the days you’re open.

Save. Outside those hours your menu stays browsable, but checkout is blocked with a "closed" message until you reopen.
TipLeave hours unset and Higgs treats you as open 24/7 — only set them once you actually want the ordering cutoff enforced.
