How guests place an order

Guests never install anything. They scan the table QR, browse, and order from their own phone — here’s what they see.

  1. 1

Scanning the QR opens your menu with the table already selected. Take-out and delivery guests use your storefront link instead.

What guests see after scanning — your menu, their table.
  2. 2

They browse, ask the menu AI questions ("what’s spicy?", "gluten-free options?"), and add items to the cart.

  3. 3

Dine-in guests order and pay at the end; take-out and delivery pay online at checkout.

  4. 4

After ordering, guests watch their order status update live — no waving for a status update.

TipTry it yourself: scan one of your own QR codes and place a test order. Best way to understand the guest side.
