How guests use a coupon
Guests redeem coupons themselves at checkout — nothing for your staff to do. Here’s exactly what they see.

In the cart, guests type the code into the "Coupon code" field and tap Apply.

A valid code shows the discount immediately as a line item; the total updates before they order.

Expired or used-up codes get a clear error message — guests can try another code.

Coupons apply to new orders only — they can’t be added to an order that’s already placed.
