Manage incoming orders

New orders appear on the Orders page and the floor plan instantly — no refresh. Confirm, track, and close them from one place.

   Open Orders in the sidebar. New orders arrive at the top with a sound and badge.

   Confirm an order to send it to the kitchen. Paid online orders confirm automatically on payment.

3. 3

   Update the status as it progresses — guests see each change live on their phone.

4. 4

   Once payment starts on an order, its items lock — no accidental edits to a bill being paid.
