Set up the kitchen display
The Kitchen page is a full-screen ticket board: orders grouped by table, with timers. Any cheap tablet in a browser works.

On the kitchen tablet, log in and open the Kitchen page from the sidebar.

Tickets appear the moment an order is confirmed, grouped by table, with elapsed-time counters.

Tap items or tickets as they’re done — the floor and the guest’s phone update instantly.
TipAdd the page to the tablet’s home screen and keep the screen always-on. That’s the whole "installation".
