Understand your Reports & analytics

Reports turns your raw orders into a picture of how the restaurant is doing. It has three tabs: Overview (how business is going), Sales (every transaction) and Tax (what you owe).

   Open Reports in the sidebar — it lands on Overview. The top row shows today’s revenue, order count, and other headline numbers at a glance.

   Below that, panels break performance down by revenue trend, orders by hour, revenue by weekday, order type mix, payment health, and top-selling items.

   Switch to the Sales tab for the transaction-by-transaction list over any date range, or Tax for what you have collected and will need to remit.

   Any of the three exports as a formatted Excel workbook (.xlsx) — a cover sheet plus one sheet per breakdown, ready to send to your accountant.

   If AI Analytics is enabled in your AI settings, ask it a plain question like "how was last weekend?" and it reads the same data to answer in a sentence.
