Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using Higgs Menu responsibly.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Higgs Menu. It expands on the Terms of Service, and a breach of this policy is a breach of those terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or overload its operation, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities, scrape it by automated means without permission, reverse engineer it, or introduce malware or other harmful code.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, and you must not misrepresent your business, your products, prices, or allergen and safety information.

4. Payments and Commerce

You must not use the Service to process fraudulent transactions, to launder money, or to sell goods or services that are illegal or prohibited by the applicable payment processor (Stripe or Bonum). All payments must correspond to genuine sales by your business.

5. Consequences

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict payments where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
