Online ordering
Takeout and delivery orders, straight from your own storefront
Your restaurant gets a public storefront with your full menu. Guests order takeout or delivery, pay online at checkout, and the order confirms itself the moment the payment settles — with a live tracker running on their phone until you close it.

Your own storefront
Your link, your menu, your brand — not a listing on somebody's marketplace.
Paid at checkout
Takeout and delivery orders are paid online before they reach your kitchen.
Confirms itself
Payment settles, the order confirms and prints. Nobody has to watch a screen.
Live tracker
Guests follow their order's status until you close it out.
Pay first
No-shows stop being your problem
Takeout and delivery are pay-first: the guest completes payment at checkout, and only then does the order become real. Your kitchen never cooks for an order that was never going to be collected.
- Auto-confirmation on settlement — the ticket appears without a manual step.
- The guest's tracker persists until you close the order, so it survives a refresh or a locked phone.
- Failed and abandoned payments never reach the kitchen at all.
One queue
Dine-in, takeout and delivery in the same place
There is no separate online-orders inbox. Everything lands in the same Orders page and the same kitchen display, tagged by type, so your line works one queue instead of three.
- Order type shown on every ticket — the kitchen knows what's plating and what's boxing.
- The same menu, modifiers and out-of-stock state as your QR and POS orders.
- Order-type mix reported in analytics, so you can see where your business actually comes from.
Under control
Open when you're open
Business hours are enforced, not decorative. Outside them your menu stays browsable but checkout is blocked with a clear closed message, so nobody orders a burger at 3am.
- Per-day open and close times, set once in Settings.
- Turn takeout or delivery on and off independently of dine-in.
- Choose which payment methods appear at checkout — online, cash, or your card terminal.
Your busiest sales channel shouldn't charge you a commission for the privilege.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you take a commission on each order?
- No. Higgs Menu is a flat subscription — orders through your own storefront are not charged a marketplace commission. You pay your payment processor's normal card fees, which are itemised per charge.
- Do guests pay before or after?
- Takeout and delivery are pay-first: the guest pays online at checkout and the order confirms automatically when the payment settles. Dine-in guests order first and settle the bill at the end.
- Can I take cash for takeout?
- Yes. Payment methods — online, cash, and card terminal — are individual switches. Turn on only what you want to accept.
- Can guests see where their order is?
- Yes. After ordering, a live status tracker runs on the guest's phone and updates as your kitchen moves the order along. It stays available until you close the order.
- Does it stop orders when we're closed?
- Yes, once you've set your business hours. The menu stays browsable but checkout is blocked outside your open hours.
