QR ordering

Your guests order from the table, in their own language

Every table gets its own QR code. A guest scans it, your menu opens with their table already selected, and what they order goes straight to the POS and the kitchen — no app to install, no waiting to catch someone's eye.

One code per table

The code carries the table with it, so an order never arrives unlabelled.

Nothing to install

It opens in the guest's browser. No app, no account, no sign-up.

Their language

Guests read the menu and ask questions in English or Mongolian.

Straight to the line

Confirmed orders appear on the kitchen display the moment they're placed.

For the guest

Scan, browse, order — under a minute

The code opens your live menu, not a PDF. Photos, descriptions, allergens, modifiers and out-of-stock state are all current, because it is the same menu you edit in the dashboard.

  • Items customised with your modifier groups — size, doneness, sides, extras.
  • Out-of-stock dishes grey out instantly when you 86 them mid-service.
  • A live status tracker after ordering, so nobody has to flag down a server for an update.
  • Coupon codes redeemed by the guest at checkout, with the discount shown before they commit.

For the floor

Fewer trips, more tables

Orders arrive tagged with the table and drop onto the floor plan and the Orders queue at once, with a sound and a badge. Your staff stop being order-takers and go back to being hosts.

  • Tables light up on the floor plan as guests scan, order and pay.
  • Servers can add to the same table order from the POS — guest and staff orders merge into one bill.
  • Once payment starts, the items lock, so a bill being paid can't be edited out from under it.

The cards

Print-ready QR cards, designed for you

The QR studio lays out one card per table and themes them to match your restaurant — or lets the AI theme them for you. Export an auto-fitted A4 or A3 sheet and print.

  • Real scannable codes composited into the design, not a placeholder.
  • A4 and A3 sheets auto-fitted so you print a full set in one go.
  • Codes point at your Higgs link, so they keep working even if you later connect a custom domain.

A guest who can order the moment they decide to is worth more than a guest who waits to be noticed.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens your menu in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How does the order know which table it came from?
Each table has its own QR code and the table is carried in the link, so every order arrives already tagged with the table it came from — on the floor plan, in the order queue, and on the kitchen ticket.
Can guests and staff order on the same table?
Yes. Anything a server adds from the POS joins the same table order as what guests scanned and ordered, so the table settles as one bill.
What happens when we run out of a dish?
Mark it out of stock in the menu — or tell the AI assistant to hide it — and it greys out on every guest's phone immediately.
Do the QR codes expire?
No. They point at your restaurant's permanent link, so a printed card keeps working indefinitely — including after you connect a custom domain.
